Octavia Clairbrook-Cleeve wants just one thing: to be normal. Octavia's mum - star of a US sitcom - despairs of her daughter's lack of hunger to be photographed at the right party, in the right dress, on the arm of Mr Right. But then Octavia meets handsome, A-list Alexis - and finds herself catapulted suddenly, horrifyingly, right into the glossy, name-dropping world she has tried so hard to avoid.
But can a too-tall, unglamorous girl like Octavia ever really belong at the top?
