The Life and Times of a Footy Champion.
Specky Magee is twelve years of age and mad about Australian Rules football. He is also a very talented player. Not that anyone in his family would know - or care. Specky plays footy every Saturday and there's never anyone barracking for him on the sideline.
Specky finds a baby photo of himself dressed up in footy gear. He knows that his parents would never have done this as they hate footy. Specky begins to suspect that he might be adopted, and this story is his search for his father; his real, "footy-loving" father.
