This book is amazing, the recipes are delicious and so easy to make. I can't believe they are healthy and contain no gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast and sugar. I got this for Xmas and have been cooking non stop out of it since then and my brain fog has lifted and my candida symptoms are improving.
