Just get over the informercial style language on the back; it's backed up. We all want our bodies to be better. That's where Tim, lots of self-experimentation, experts, and unorthodox methods come in. It's not about doing as much as possible, it's about doing as little as needed. (pg 406) Work smart, not hard. It will improve your whole life. Tim addresses the most common aspects of bodily function or concern; muscle, fat, sex, sleep, and longevity. There's also some really intersting tidbits about running, baseball, breath capacity, and pre-habilitation. I was hooked on this book, and have already implemented a few elements into my life with positive results.
