Tintin, reporter at Le Petit Vingtième goes to Moscow. He will denounce the excessive methods of the Communist Party as perceived in Belgium at the beginning of the 20th century, as well as the murder attempts from the Soviet secret police on his person. When his adventure comes to an end and when he returns to Brussels, a big crowd is waiting Tintin to greet him at the Gare du Nord upon his return from USSR!
