They're pinned on notice boards, tacked onto walls, sticky-taped above the office photocopier or passed secretly between workmates. They're faxed and photocopied and faxed and photocopied again. They're those anonymous parodies of letters, notices, memoranda and other official-looking bits of paper that keep us all sane in a sometimes insane world.
