The genesis of the book is in a joint survey conducted by the Department of Management at Monash University and the Australian Institute of Management in which about 250 Australian managers and business leaders participated. The survey results distinguished the fifteen key components of leadership and ranked them. This book discusses the results in detail and informs the reader as to the nature of each leadership characteristic.
