Intelligence officer Jack Valentine sets out on another dangerous mission - to rescue a friend's daughter and the woman he loves from an evil drug baron.
Valentine is persuaded by his old friend Paolo to try to disentangle his teenage daughter Alva from a relationship with New York drug baron Riccardo Xaberra.
In New York Jack teams up with his old ally Liam Mellows and Jesus, a drug dealer who can help them to get to Xaberra. The search takes them to Xaberra's home town in Mexico where the Day of the Dead is being celebrated. But Jack's lover and Liam's sister, Deirdre, has been kidnapped by Xaberra and his wealth and resources are going to make rescue almost impossible.
