Melbourne University Publishing in conjunction with The Australian are publishing 'The Howard Factor' to mark the 10th anniversary of John Howard’s government. From top political writers across the country, many of whom are staff writers for The Australian, it is the first book of its kind to chart the seismic shift in the politics, society, workplaces, culture, economy and trade under Howard.
