Mo and her best friend Dale – cofounders of the (probably) world-famous Desperado Detective Agency – know trouble as sure as they know the streets of Tupelo Landing, NC. But when they head to court as star witnesses against Dale's no-good daddy – confessed kidnapper Macon Johnson – they face a new brand of trouble.
The Colonel and Miss Lana, Mo's family-of-choice, have predicted a slam-dunk conviction – if everything goes as expected.
