America, 20 years after a nuclear war. The survivors are scattered across the country. All lines of communication have been cut. Until, that is, a homeless traveller stumbles across the body of a long-dead postal worker and borrows his jacket to protect himself from the cold. The uniform, however, is also a symbol of hope - a symbol which could, perhaps, make the difference between a new dark age and a new renaissance.
