Following on from the success of 'The Science Of Superheroes' is 'The Science Of Supervillains', arguably a cooler topic.
Superman's nemesis Brainiac will be a springboard for a chapter on artificial intelligence, Bizarro for one on silicon-based life, and arch-nemesis Lex Luthor for one on weapon systems. Other villains (their respective hero) and chapter topics will include: The Vulture (Spiderman)-human-powered flight; Doctor Octopus (Spiderman)-bionics; Poison Ivy (Batman)-genetic engineering; Magneto (X-Men)-electromagnetic pulse theory, magnetic flux theory; Sinestro (Green Lantern)-anti-matter; Vandal Savage (many)-immortality; The Sentinels (X-Men)-robotics; Dr. Doom (Spiderman)-exoskeletons; The Lizard (Spiderman)-human-animal hybrids; and Venom (Spiderman)-bionetics.
