Hedley Wheelspin is a Mark XXVII Robotech. He's just arrived on Earth and is looking for the mammal-in-chief. He checks with a pig, a dog and a bandicoot but none of them are in charge.
But then he meets Dicko Vickery -- Dicko has designed Hedley to be the ultimate robot. But the original Hedley had disappeared, kidnapped by technokops from outer space. Now he's back on Earth and ready for adventure!
