The Sound Of Music Companion: From Stage To Screen And Back Again

"The Sound of Music" is one of the world's favourite musicals. Originally a Broadway musical by Rogers and Hammerstein, and then a movie, based on the book "The Von Trapp Family Singers" by Maria von Trapp, it contains many hit songs, including "Edelweiss", "My Favorite Things", "Climb Every Mountain", "Do-Re-Mi", "Sixteen Going On Seventeen" and "The Lonely Goatherd", as well as the title song. To celebrate the Christmas 2006 opening of Lloyd Webber's Sound of Music, Pavilion publish the authorized "Sound of Music Companion".
