Mr. Stephen is a great librarian. He's good at helping people find their books and shushing loud talkers. But when it comes to crafts and story time . . . he tries his best, but there could be some improvements.
Luckily, the kids have a substitute librarian to liven things up--Ms. Stacks! With glamorous costumes and fabulous hair, Ms. Stacks makes everything fun while teaching the importance of being yourself and unleashing your creativity. She even performs elaborate lip synchs with her sisters!
The kids only wish that Mr. Stephen was there to see it too . . . but maybe he was?
