Annie has always been a capable and opinionated person. At 59 she finds herself free of obligations: her difficult ex-husband has died, she has sold her business, and her children appear to be sorted. Annie has time on her hands. Throwing herself into new friendships, she takes on a mild-mannered widow as a project - her mission to prevent her from pairing up with another septuagenarian.
