Absurdly enjoyable dark adventure about a boy's mission to stop his evil sisters terrorising the town. All the people of the town of Blunt love Peaches, the golden-haired angel. All the adults, that is. The children know she is a scheming bully, who with her three sisters forces the other kids to sell Girl Guide calendars for her so she can win the top prize.
Peaches’s brother, Indigo, decides it is time to stop Peaches after she punishes a girl in the town by covering her in glue and breadcrumbs so she is attacked by a passing flock of geese. And then she kidnaps a boy and ties him up in a room full of curry farts.
The agile Indigo skips across the roofs of Blunt and communicates with his friend Polly, a computer genius, using a walkie-talkie. But when he discovers a hidden basement under Peaches’s room where she and her sisters plot their schemes, he knows he is up against an evil genius.
