The die-cut windows are created in stencil-like shapes to match the storyline on each of the 10 spreads. In the process, children will learn about primary colours - red, blue and yellow and how to create secondary colours - green, orange and purple.
In this story, a young wizard who loves everything black suddenly finds all of his belonging turning into bright colours. Children will have fun seeing items "fly off" as they are transformed into different colours. A surprise ending shows that the wizard's mischievous cat is the culprit and the wizard ends up loving all the colours as much as black.
