Using a unique form of persuasion (singing toads!), Theo's rude and surly dead grandma has somehow coerced him into tracking down one of her ghostly friend's pelvic bones. That sounds tricky and weird enough, but then Theo discovers the pelvis is handily located at the bottom of a fish tank full of piranhas in the office of none other than Josiah Jellicon - the most powerful man in town.
