Tommy and Tuppence by the Seaside
Tommy and Tuppence are my favourite Agatha Christie sleuths, because they could so easily be you and me, unlike Hercule Poirot. This story is set duing WWII and T & T are down in a seaside resort looking for the so-called Fourth Column. Paralleled against the paranoia of recent world events, it's an interesting read, showing that, in the end, people haven't changed between the 1940s and today. We still jump to conclusions based on race, colour and religion. However it's a jolly good romp and a worth successor to T & T's WWI adventures.
