Drought strikes Mt Kimberley, and the school principal, Mrs Tote, makes some new rules. No-one is allowed to drink from the water bubblers, the fountains have been turned off, and the hoses have been disconnected. It's not long before the grass turns brown and the waratahs start drooping.
One student isn't about to let the plants and animals die. Olive comes up with a daring plan to save them using recycled water and a schoolful of soaking wet students - but what will happen when Mrs Tote finds out?
