Scotland, the most beautiful country in Western Europe, was the last to gain a National Park. For over fifty years no one thought that one was needed! Now, one of the unspoilt areas close to both Edinburgh and Glasgow has been protected for future generations. That area, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, is home to rare wildlife, exquisite scenery, over twenty Munros and ten thousand years of history.
