To rescue her younger brother Branwell, Danika must flush herself down the toilet to enter the Underworld.

With the help of her opinionated doll Mandy, Danika does battle with the Feet Liberation Movement, Thimblepuss the cat assassin, Santa's evil twin brother, a gang of insatiable cuddly toys, and a witch who wants to turn Danika into a plastic surgery nightmare.

But finally Danika must fight John Smith, Evil Ruler of the Underworld, with the only weapon that can help to flush them all back home - her imagination.
