What a page turner! This novel is based on the narratives of 3 people caught up in a life-long mystery. If you like to know the ending and work backwards then you'll love this book. It gives away a lot in the first few chapters but leaves just enough for the ending to be a surprise. All the characters are well written except for 2 foster children who should have been either left out or explored more. I'm definitely going to be looking out for Sam Hayes' next offering.
