An unexpected surprise. I love my meat, so cooking from this vegan cookbook was quite different. Now I have many favourites, like Japanese rice balls, vegetable dhanak, and my fav, Thai veg soup. It's taken me to a world and taught me to cook anew. My shopping bill has also been greatly reduced. Thanks so much, it has integrated well with my family and we all feel healthier for it.

Top Book
Have begun using Wild Vegan. Especially love the Potato Bake, Marinated Tofu, and Two Lentil Dhal. Recipes are easily set out and nothing difficult to make. My adult children are also getting into cooking from it, which looks like I am going to have to buy a couple more copies!

As a non vegetarian I found this cook book excellent for recipes to serve to vegetarian friends. Vegetarians aside, I found the recipes suit my taste as well. The instructions/method is clear and easy to follow. A good little book to have on hand.

Wild Vegan, by Angela Stafford
Thank you Angela! At last a vegan cookbook which inspires me to try more vegan recipes. Having a diet with only small amounts of white meat (fish and chicken), it was a real pleasure to flip through the pages of your cookbook. I knew I just had to buy it and try the recipes. Just love 'Shanta's Pumpkin Soup' - it is pumpkin soup with a real difference. I am also now hooked on the 'Moroccan Chickpea Casserole' - thought I had to go to Morocco to eat food like this. Wild Vegan. An amazing cookbook, recipes are easy to make and taste great. I am not a vegan, but just want to be a little bit more healthy, firstly by my food intake!!! I purchased this book a few months ago, and it's now my cooking bible.

I love this book! We bought it because we have some vegan relatives but now we use it all the time despite being meat eaters. The recipes are so flavoursome and varied. Some even taste like meat like the not sausage rolls. Who wants to eat real sausage rolls anyway with what they put in them? At least with this recipe you get the familiar taste without the rubbish! This book is a must for your collection no matter what your diet.
