Wolseley Radial Aero Engines

Presents the history of both development of Wolsely's range of radial aero engines and also Lord Nuffield's ambition to enter into the large-scale manufacture of these engines, which was stifled and abetted by the government. This book looks at Nuffield's involvement with aircraft in World War Two.

Peter Seymour worked for Wolseley as an apprentice engineer, when Nuffield was in charge. He has written books on Morris Bullnose and Flatnose Power Units and Morris Light Vans, and written articles for Bullnose Morris Club, Morris Register, MG car club and Military Vehicle Trust. He lives in East Sussex.
