A mix of fashion and portraiture taken by Jerry Schatzberg on assignment for magazine and advertising clients, images include intimate portraits of Nico, Faye Dunaway, Edie Sedgwick, Sharon Tate, Catherine Deneuve, and The Rolling Stones. Also featured are Schatzberg's moody reportage snap shots of a more na?ve and whimsical New York on the brink of the important societal changes of the 60s while he wandered the streets with his camera.
