Yoga The Science Of Self Realization is a poetry book about finding enlightenment through the practice of yoga. Yoga is the art and science of direct experience with the ONE that is infinite and eternal. By coming into union with the eternal source we learn to embody these qualities in our lives.

This book explores the three paths of yoga outlined in the Bhagavad Gita: jnana yoga, the yoga of knowledge, bhakti yoga, the yoga of love, and karma yoga, the yoga of action. Any of these paths can lead one towards enlightenment, and they can also be used cohesively for faster spiritual growth.

When we come to know our true selves as energetic beings of light we will no longer be bound to the wheel of karma and the vagaries of the material world, this is true freedom. The highest goal of human life is to feel free. Anyone can find freedom through yoga and it makes no distinctions on age, gender, or religion, it is universal in it's application.

Through understanding the true light of the self not only will we find our own freedom but we also create the space to allow others to find their freedom as well. We have entered the global age of awakening and it is time for us to rise together in unity.
