A chapter book for young readers, illustrated by Stephen Axelsen
Rebecca's dad calls her Rebecca the Wrecker. He says she's the world's best ten-year-old wrecker. It's true - things do tend to break when she's around. Rebecca says her dad's a dodo. He plays tricks on everyone, especially Rebecca, and he acts like an idiot.
She's always on the alert for his latest trick - but this time he's gone too far. In the front yard there's a large sign with 'Rebecca the Wreckers' painted on it. Her dad thinks it's funny, but Rebecca sees her dad's little joke as a good way to make some money and get back at him. So she declares 'Rebecca the Wreckers' open for business.
